This Crimson Life

Julie Parker-Kinsey

gossamer-thin this crimson life
me and mine sought refuge within
immigrants stalked by gun and knife
gossamer-thin this crimson life

this is how their hate becomes rife
brute force tattooed upon our skin
gossamer-thin this crimson life
me and mine sought refuge within
